Focused Care

For the problems that keep coming back

Some pain settles quickly. Other problems keep returning because the real cause has not been properly assessed. GB Physiotherapy provides targeted physiotherapy care for people across Joondalup who want clear answers, practical treatment and a plan they can understand.

Headaches & Migraines

Neck-related headaches and migraines can be frustrating, especially when pain keeps coming back despite medication, rest or massage. GB Physiotherapy assesses the upper neck, posture, movement and muscle control to identify whether your headaches may be linked to cervical spine dysfunction.

Cervicogenic Dizziness

Dizziness, vertigo, imbalance and unsteadiness can sometimes be linked to the neck. If your symptoms are worse with certain head positions, neck movements or upper neck tension, a physiotherapy assessment may help identify whether cervicogenic dizziness is contributing.

Neck & Back Pain

From acute flare-ups to recurring spinal pain, GB Physiotherapy helps patients manage neck pain, back pain, stiffness, sciatica and movement-related discomfort with hands-on care and practical recovery strategies.

Sports Injuries

Recover from injury with a structured physiotherapy plan that supports healing, restores movement and helps you return to sport, training or daily activity with more confidence.
